Prewedding shooting

I and my future husband, Shaun had signed up at TOUCH bridal studio Jalan Loke Yew on 26 April.I had my gown fitting with my mum, two grandmothers and my 3 lovely cousins on May 7.Finally, it's time for prewedding shooting, which is held yesterday, 26 May 2009.Our photographer is Steven Neoh and my makeup artist is William Yap.
Steven looks dark and is about in his 30s.He has a blog here: http://stevenneoh.blogspot.com/
My makeup artist is a young boy, William, which is only 21. He was a former hairstylist and transferred from TOUCH in Batu Pahat. He is very professional.I think he is very good at choosing the hairstyles for me. My favourite makeup and hairdo is the gold color gown, chosen by my fashionwise cousin, nana. He did a very elegant hairdo for me with several gold glittery hairpieces. He even borrow me his glittery eyelash, which is rather dramatic. I will choose my photos next sunday, 31 May 2009 after church. Hopefully the photos turns out nice. I may look pretty in real life but I am not photogenic.Steven was patient although I kept blinking my eyes a lot during photoshoot. Shaun did not take his lunch and he told me he has no energy after the outdoor shooting at Lake Garden. He became like a robot, whatever Steven asks him to do, as if there is a remote control manipulating him.
Luckily the photo shooting ended quite early, around 6.30pm. In total, 7 hours and half, including all the makeup and costume changes.
In short, we were satisfied with the services of TOUCH.I wrote some good comments on the paper which steven gave me. Steven is funny guy and made us laugh.
Good thing though, I am glad William did not ask me to buy ampoules from him, it cost RM75 for set of 3. I bought my ampoules at Shins, Mid valley, which was imported from Switzerland.
There is another couple who had photoshooting with us on the same day.The couple are young, and I think the groom is in his early 20s.William told me the bride is pregnant and they are getting married in July. At first the couple plans to take photo in FRIM, but the weather is not good, in the end, they also went to Lake Garden for shooting, same as us. Their make up artist is the famous Sharon, which I have had heard many many good comments and their photographer is CK. So far, I had not seen Ck's portfolio, so I am not sure of his photographing skills. Earlier, I told my SA, Bobo that I wanted steven. Glad that she arranged this for me. Steven had taken photos of Shaun's friend, Calvin Saw.I was impressed with the photos, hence we agreed to sign up at TOUCH.However, I think Calvin is being cheated. His package is about RM2988, but he has to pay RM5000 over in total. His wife upgraded to designer gowns and they also add an album.Luckily, I did some survey in the internet and became very careful with all their gimmicks.I made sure everything is in black and white. I only added RM30 for fake eyelashes, because I do not know what type of fake eyelash is good.
Lastly, I want to give the glory to God for the great weather during outdoor shooting and a good team to assist me in the photoshooting process. If they are reading my blog now, a big thanks to them, even to the SAs that helped me to change when I had difficulty due to my fake nails, which is so long and might come out anytime:) Earlier, Bobo told me the usual photoshooting ends around 8pm. Some even ended at 10pm, due to traffic jam when they went shooting night scene at Putrajaya.
